We pride ourselves in cooking the traditional way, everything is cooked fresh to order, and our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers. We peel and chip the potatoes every morning and fresh fish is delivered daily by our local fishmonger.
What’s a Broon Fish??
You may have heard of our must-try Bo’ness delicacy the “Broon Fish Supper” The tradition of smoked haddock in our shop started as a way of preserving fish to guarantee freshness before suppliers and refrigeration became so reliable! Nowadays our Broon fish is cold smoked by hand using whisky barrel shavings and delivered daily by our local fishmonger.
